My new and easy recipe peanut butter cookies and I hope that everybody will enjoy my peanut butter cookies.it was a good experience. These are full of peanut butter flavor and have the perfect balance of salt and sweetness with a wonderfully soft and melt in your mouth. Adding peanut butter to cookies makes them healthy and creates an amazing soft consistency delicate and velvety crumb. These classic peanut butter cookies are so easy to make. The edges are a little crunchy and the inside of the cookies are soft and chewy just like peanut butter should be. I can honestly say that I’ve baked my fair share of cookies in my life but I loved a peanut butter cookie. So let’s go to the recipe.
1: 1cup of all-purpose flour
2: 1 cup unsalted butter
3: ¾ cup dark brown sugar
4: 1 cup granulated sugar
5: 1 teaspoon baking soda
6:1 teaspoon of baking powder
7: ½ teaspoon of vanilla
8: 2 large eggs at room temperature
9: ½ cup of peanuts finely chopped
Mix all the dry ingredients into a bowl. Set aside. Beat the butter and sugar together on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 mints. Add the vanilla extract and eggs then beat on high until combined and mixed the butter mixture. Add all the dry ingredients to the butter mixture divide the dry mixture into three parts with the help of a hand mixer on low speed than dough will be thick and soft and add the chopped peanuts into the dough. Cover the dough for 1 hour into the refrigerator. Preheat the oven at 350 °F (177°C). Use parchment paper or silicone baking mats, always recommended for cookies. Set aside. Roll the dough into balls and sprinkle the granulated sugar. you can also make different shapes with the help of a piping bag or cookies cutter. Different shape of cookies attracts and delight the kids.

Bake the cookies:
Ready the parchment paper for cookies into the tray and sprinkle the flour. Set the cookies into the tray and put the cookie’s tray in the middle of the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the bottom of the cookies is light brown. Remove from the oven. Cool the cookies for 5 minutes and transfer them to the cookies dish. Serve the peanut butter cookies to your family with a glass of milk and enjoy the moment.
You can decorate the peanut butter cookies with icing cream and sprinkle the mini chocolate chip, nuts, and peanuts. That will look so yummy.
Don’t overbake the cookies. Don’t over-grease your cookie sheets. Make sure to leave enough space between the cookies on the tray. If your cookie dough is too dry and crumbly, your cookies will be dry themselves. If your dough is too sticky the cookies will flatten out and turn crispy during baking. You need your dough to be pliable so that the cookies turn out soft, chewy, and moist.
